Shipping Policy
We deliver to all countries.
We use the services of Canada Post. Our delivery charges therefore vary according to the weight and size of your order and the destination of the package.
We post your order as soon as possible after the transaction has been completed. We allow a maximum of two business weeks for shipping. Since we use the services of Canada Post, we are not responsible for delays in parcel transit.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CréationX. If you're not, we'll be happy to help you make an exchange. As artisans, we are unable to make returns unless there are major defects or damages. In this case, we will return the damaged item at your expense and send you another free of charge.
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you wish to exchange a product.
Your package is insured up to $100 with Canada Post. If your product is damaged during delivery, we'll help you recover the amount you paid for your purchase.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on products that have been used or damaged. For more information on our returns and exchanges policy, please contact us directly. We will always try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.
