You are responsible for choosing the shipping option on the checkout page. We have shipped thousands of packages and loss of these is very rare, but damage and loss can occur for which we have no responsibility.
Each shipping option is different and is up to the customer. For example, the lowest international rate is the international surface parcel, which usually takes 28-48 days, with no tracking number and no insurance. If you want more security, take an option with a tracking number and insurance in case of damage or loss.

If you wish to return a new and unused item, you must first contact us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for both the outbound and return shipment. Therefore, you must send us the product properly wrapped with a tracking number and insurance for the value of the package.
Upon receipt of your returned product, we will confirm its original condition and refund your money.
